Square footage is important in determining a home's value, both on the market and for tax purposes. In general, it's important for both principles to verify the square footage of a home when selling or buying.

Fee includes round-trip drive, measurement of all levels of home, computer input, and generation/delivery of appraiser certified document.
​$170 - $200 for One-Story home 0-3000 Sq Ft
$180 - $220 for One-Story home 3001-4000 Sq Ft
$190 - $250 for One-Story home 4001-5000 Sq Ft
$190 - $230 for Two-Story home 0-4000 Sq Ft
$200 - $260 for Two-Story home 4001-4500 Sq Ft
$210 - $290 for Two-Story home 4501-5000 Sq Ft
*For homes 5001+ Sq Ft and larger, call for details.
Final fee charged (in ranges above) depends mainly upon the overall complexity of design and the distance traveled to/from the office. No added fee for measuring Garage/Carport, and only a minimal fee for measuring a Guest House or Quarters. ​Fee can be paid by Check, Venmo, Zelle, Chase QuickPay, PayPal or Cash ($10 discount). Payment is expected at the time of measurement, or within 7 days if Client is away. Result is owned and utilizable only after full payment is made.
