We can facilitate a seller and a buyer in an executory contract but highly recommend that an attorney be engaged as there are very specific duties and responsibilities of both parties in order for the contract to be valid in Texas. Above all, do not sign a lease with option to buy without consulting an experienced Realtor or attorney.
