As a Certified Divorce Specialists (CDS®), Geni maps out a very strategic plan with each divorcing couple to lessen the financial and emotional stress on her clients. Her knowledge of the divorce process and understanding both parties' goals, allow her to guide the real estate negotiation process. This gives her tactical insight when collaborating with judges, attorneys, mediators, loan officers and financial advisors to navigate the sale of the marital home during and after the divorce.

Geni’s experience with divorcing clients include facilitating short sales to prevent foreclosures, working through bankruptcies, removing IRS, medicare, mechanics, and HOA liens for her clients to obtain a successful sale on their marital home.

As a Certified Negotiation Expert, she has learned through experience that the best outcomes for both parties happen in a ‘Win-Win’ environment and not an adversarial ‘Win-Lose.’ She is always cordial and factual, but firm! During her tenure with the Cowboys organization she learned valuable lessons: the importance of commitment, integrity, and to do everything in life with excellence. Geni continues to apply these principles in her personal life and business. Today, she remains active in philanthropic causes with the DCC and NFL Alumni Associations.

She is a national inspirational speaker, sharing words of encouragement that challenge, strengthen and lift spirits through seminars, TV and radio. Geni is a member of Word Weavers International, Word Weavers Collin County, Stonecroft Ministries and Christian Women’s Connection. She enjoys Bible studies, mentoring others through life, golf, tennis and pickleball for fun!
